After 300,000 lines of code, hundreds of thousands of AI-labor hours, and billions of AI-miles (miles spent on analyzing what works and what doesn’t), Tesla shifted FSD (Full Self Driving) its approach.

After a year of training the model, the trained AI now makes decisions autonomously.

According to an ex-Tesla employee YouTuber, FSD Version 12 doesn't feel like it calculates what to do next as before; instead, it just acts like a human would.

This implies that 2024 is likely the year when Tesla will roll out an overnight update, bringing around 1 million cars equipped with Full Self Driving (FSD) capability—and ushering in the Tesla Network with a subscription model.

Even the CyberTruck or the new Model 3 failed to impact the stock price. The only conceivable path to the stock surpassing $1 trillion again may hinge on FSD becoming a reality.

Once Tesla unveils FSD, it's anticipated that other car brands will quickly follow suit. It's a phenomenon we've seen before. Recall the rapid development of COVID-19 vaccinations. Moderna unveiled its mRNA vaccine a week after BionTech unveiled it. The same goes for the AI development. Competition is the mother of human progress.

We were all wondering when the next iPhone moment would be. It seems it’s here, slowly, but surely.

Apart from the form factor of looking like a ski goggle, Apple Vision Pro created a new product category of spatial computer, which will be copied by Google, Meta, and other tech companies.

Famous content creators such as Casey Neistat and Marques Brownlee are loving it. There are long lines again and people wait in line for hours waiting outside Apple Stores to put their hands on (mostly not buy since it is $4,000 at the moment) the device for a demo.

As Apple iterates and comes up with the next generations of Vision Pro, the ski goggle form factor will probably become leaner each time while reducing the price and then, 5 generations later, we may replace our iPhones with a Vision Pro 5 costing only $999.

We have a feeling that Apple stock may rise significantly even though they are the biggest company in the world already. The vision is there.
